Bluesky's audience doesn't behave like Twitter's — the AT Protocol crowd skews earlier and spreads more evenly across the week. We pulled millions of public posts to find out when they're actually paying attention.
The short answer
Weekday mornings win. Engagement peaks between 8 and 10am local time, with a smaller bump around lunch. Evenings underperform compared to legacy networks — the Bluesky habit is a morning-coffee habit.
- Best days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
- Best window: 8–10am in your audience's timezone.
- Worst time: late Friday and Saturday night.
Let the data pick for you
You don't need to memorize any of this. Postdaily's best-time model learns from your own engagement — per network and per timezone — and drops each post into the slot most likely to land.
