These terms are the agreement between you and Postdaily. We've kept them as plain and fair as we can — please read them.
By accessing or using Postdaily (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Postdaily. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law; you can cancel anytime and retain access through the end of your billing period.

You authorize Postdaily to access and publish to the social accounts you connect, in accordance with each platform's terms. You are responsible for maintaining the necessary rights and permissions for those accounts, and for the content you schedule through them.
You retain all ownership of the content you create in Postdaily. You grant us a limited license to store, process and transmit that content solely to operate the Service — for example, to publish a post you have scheduled. We claim no ownership over your posts or media.
The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Postdaily and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks without our prior written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to keep publishing reliable, we do not guarantee that every third-party network will accept every post, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postdaily will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using Postdaily and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
