We built Postdaily to help you publish, not to harvest your data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it.
Postdaily, Inc. ("Postdaily", "we", "us") provides a social media scheduling and publishing platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our website and application (the "Service").
By using Postdaily, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
We collect information in three ways:
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain and improve the Service — including to publish your scheduled content, provide AI features, send service communications, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly in your account settings, or by contacting us. We will never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations.
We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, scoped access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information and to notify you promptly in the unlikely event of a breach.
Questions about this policy or your data? We're happy to help.
4. Social account data & permissions
When you connect a social account (such as Bluesky, X, LinkedIn or Instagram), you grant Postdaily access tokens to publish on your behalf. We store these tokens securely and use them solely to perform actions you request. You can revoke access at any time from your channel settings or from the network's own app settings.
Our use of information received from third-party APIs adheres to each platform's developer and limited-use requirements.
