1. Overview

Postdaily, Inc. ("Postdaily", "we", "us") provides a social media scheduling and publishing platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our website and application (the "Service").

By using Postdaily, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

  • Account information you provide — your name, email, password and workspace details.
  • Content you create — the posts, drafts, media and schedules you build in the Service.
  • Usage & device data — collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type and interactions, to keep the Service reliable.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain and improve the Service — including to publish your scheduled content, provide AI features, send service communications, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Social account data & permissions

When you connect a social account (such as Bluesky, X, LinkedIn or Instagram), you grant Postdaily access tokens to publish on your behalf. We store these tokens securely and use them solely to perform actions you request. You can revoke access at any time from your channel settings or from the network's own app settings.

Our use of information received from third-party APIs adheres to each platform's developer and limited-use requirements.

5. How we share information

We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run Postdaily (such as hosting, analytics and payment processors), with the social networks you publish to, and when required by law. Each provider is bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

6. Cookies & tracking

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and a small number of analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser or our cookie banner.

7. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly in your account settings, or by contacting us. We will never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations.

9. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, scoped access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information and to notify you promptly in the unlikely event of a breach.
